  • I am working at the Ohio Falls Dam on a project and are in need of a short term rental that will allow a pet, as when my wife comes to visit she brings our dog, they are here 10 days out of each month. Due to not knowing how long the project is going to last I prefer not to sign a lease over 3 months. If you are aware of a short term rental that would fit my needs please respond by e-mail thanks.

    • Greetings!! I have a property available for short term lease. Unfurnished, non-smoking, pets welcome. 1100sq ft on Chestnut Street. If you are intrested let me know and I can send you some pictures

      • Hi Michelle,

I am in a similar situation. I need a short term lease (no longer than 3 months) and preferably close to downtown. Within a reasonable driving distance is ok. Do you have anything like that available?

    • We have a one bedroom apartment in Old Louisville available for short term rental – 3 months. Unfurnished $645. I check credit and legal background. Must have good references. $35 application fee.
This is a non-smoking location. One small pet allowed – with fee.
I can furnish the apartment if needed. Lets discuss what you need.

  • Dear Sirs,

My wife and I, both seniors and our pet small dog are looking for a furnished rental for one month (May 2013) as we are visiting family during that time.
We are former residents (18 years) of Crestwood and have many available references for any interested party.
I realize this is a very short period of time but it may very well fit in with one or more of your clients or perhaps someone you know.

    Thank you,

    Bert and Diana Poirier

  • I am New to Louisville from VAIL Colorado. I am looking for temporary housing until I can find a permanent residence. I am workin at the brown hotel and I need something affordable and in a decent area furnished would be nice but not required.

  • I am helping a family look for a 2 -3 bedroom home. Must be first floor home, unless there is an elevator. PREFER FURNISHED. Prefer near east end, but will consider all locations. They need the house around March 5 and will be staying in Louisville probably until November.

    • Hello! Thank you for your intrest is our place but unfortunately the duplex is divided over the 2nd and 3rd floor. Sorry we couldn’t help this time but keep us in mind for the future.

      Michelle

    • We are just finishing up some loose ends with our place. We should have some pictures this weekend. I’ll keep you posted.

  • We are in the Indianapolis area, and looking for something short term in the 300-400 range with everything included, pets allowed. Don’t care if its furnished or not. Any ideas, Indy is not a city listed, and we are currently homeless until we find something.
